TORONTO and MCLEAN, Va. – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Brampton West and Home2 Suites by Hilton Toronto Brampton, bringing a total of 220 new rooms to the Brampton area. The dual-brand hotel adds even more versatile options for guests visiting Toronto, which welcomes more than 40 million travelers per year, making it the leading city in Canada for tourism.*

Developed and managed by JM Hospitality Inc., Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Brampton West and Home2 Suites by Hilton Toronto Brampton are both located at 200 Steelwell Road, offering guests convenient access to Toronto Pearson International Airport, Rose Theatre, CAA Centre and other attractions.

The dual-brand concept provides enhanced and larger communal areas than what would be standard at a stand-alone property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. With two distinct lobbies, guests of each hotel will share access to a heated, indoor saltwater pool, fire pit and barbeque grill area, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness centre. A grand conference centre with 3,500 square feet of meeting space connects the hotels. Each guest room includes oversized windows, a desk, an ergonomic desk chair, 50-inch HDTV with premium channels, an alarm clock with USB charging ports and a Serta Perfect Sleeper® bed.

Guests of Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Brampton West will have a variety of on-site dining options, including The Garden Grille and Bar®, which offers a full cooked-to-order breakfast and dinner, signature cocktails and evening room service. Additionally, guests have access to The Shop, a 24-hour grab-and-go retail space, offering an upscale mix of healthy, indulgent and fresh foods, including salads, gourmet snack items and artisanal food offerings, varietal beverages and a self-serve specialty coffee bar. JM Hospitality attended 2017 Hilton Owners Conference in Dallas, Texas October 10-12th. It was an incredible week as Hilton owners from around the world joined to learn about Hilton’s world-class brands, discover new innovations and map out the future of Hilton hospitality.

JM Hospitality Inc. recently broke ground on its dual branded Hilton hotel – a Home2 Suites by Hilton and a Hilton Garden Inn. The seven-storey Home2 will be the first extended stay to serve the Brampton area and the six-storey Hilton Garden Inn will showcase Hilton’s latest upscale design. The hotels located at Hwy 410 and Steeles Ave. will offer a total of 220 modern guest suites featuring an indoor salt water swimming pool, state of the art “Spin2 Cycle” fitness facility, a guest laundry, 24 hour business centre, free Wi-Fi, a 3500 square feet conference centre, and a full service restaurant and bar which will cater to the needs of modern day business and leisure travelers.

Projected to open in the Fall of 2018, this award winning hotel marks another remarkable project by JM Hospitality.
