JM Hospitality Breaks Ground on its latest Dual Branded Hilton Hotel!

JM Hospitality Inc. recently broke ground on its dual branded Hilton hotel – a Home2 Suites by Hilton and a Hilton Garden Inn. The seven-storey Home2 will be the first extended stay to serve the Brampton area and the six-storey Hilton Garden Inn will showcase Hilton’s latest upscale design. The hotels located at Hwy 410 and Steeles Ave. will offer a total of 220 modern guest suites featuring an indoor salt water swimming pool, state of the art “Spin2 Cycle” fitness facility, a guest laundry, 24 hour business centre, free Wi-Fi, a 3500 square feet conference centre, and a full service restaurant and bar which will cater to the needs of modern day business and leisure travelers.

Projected to open in the Fall of 2018, this award winning hotel marks another remarkable project by JM Hospitality.

Hilton Worldwide presented Bhulesh Lodhia and Chuck Lodhia, principals of JM Hospitality with this year’s Dual Brand Outstanding Achievement Award for its upcoming development of Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 by Hilton Brampton West. The dual 220 room property will feature the latest Hilton Garden Inn design while the Home 2, the first to be built in the GTA, will serve Toronto West’s corporate and leisure extended stay clientele. Construction will begin at the start of the new year and is expected to be completed in Spring 2018.

This prestigious award was presented on October 12th by John Greenleaf, Global Head of Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Worldwide and Jeff Curry, Senior Director of Development Hilton Worldwide Canada, at JM Hospitality’s Hilton Garden Inn Brampton during its 5 year anniversary celebration. The reception was attended by the industry’s top consultants and professionals including Brampton City Councillor Jeff Bowman and API Consultants, the architectural design firm of the two hotels.
